Tip of the Week
Go bargain hunting at garage sales and secondhand furniture shops. Look for pieces that will store your gear. I have an old wardrobe into which I put shelves on one side. The other side has drawers etc (it was an old gentleman`s wardrobe). My wood pieces are all in here. Safe from the weather. I have a chest with four drawers and another with eight. These hold my pallettes, papers, tools, sponges, etc. On a very old steel shelving unit, I have the paint. It is kind of temporary but it works and cost little. My table is from my old studio, but you could also pick up one of these cheaply, too. Check the tips under studio for more ideas on how to have yours.
